Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in Accounts Receivable functions such as customer invoicing, handling customer enquiries, follow up with customers on overdue account, etc.
· Liaise with all levels of staffs and customers on invoicing, receipt issues, invoice disputes etc.
· Check completeness of transactions necessary for month end process
· Assists in some finance admin work like photocopying, filing, etc.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
· Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accounting/A Level/ O level or equivalent
· Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Account Receivable and/or Account Payable function will be added advantages
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team
· Able to work under pressure and tight financial deadline
· Quick learner with pleasant characters
· SAP knowledge will be added advantage
· Proficient in MS Office Applications
