Working days : 5days/week
Responsibiilties:
• All sales inquiry via email and phone call
• Manage indent / Standing orders master file
• Billing of indent / Standing orders master file
• Do costing for all imports list
• Alternate & cover duty of the Sales Support & Customer services, if needed
• Cover customers request, replacements, D/O and all complaints
• Liaise with operations
• Weekly replacement report to Senior Manager
