Established award-winning F&B Co. located in Sembawang seeking qualified candidate to join us as part-time HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:
o Prepare offer letters and cessation documents
o Post job advertisement and short-list candidates for interviews including interview arrangements
o Apply and submit NSman Make-Up Pay, Maternity leave, Childcare leave claim etc on govt portal
o Assess EP/S Pass eligibility on Ministry of Manpower website
o Update leave record and staff movement (dept change, promotion etc) into in-house system
o File and maintain personnel record
o Data entry in Excel sheets
o Update external vendor on staff movements (new hires, resignees)
o Register bio-metric for staff and prepare access/staff card for new hires
o Issuance of uniforms to staff

Requirements:
o Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Professional Certificate/Nitec in any field
o Required skills(s): MS Office (knowledge of basic MsWords and Excel), Communication Skills
o Able to communicate clearly to candidates including Mandarin speaking candidates
o Preferably able to work independently with minimum supervision
o Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Human Resources, Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Working Hours:
Mon to Fri from 10 am to 6pm.
