• Alignment of staffing needs with business objectives while managing, influencing, and driving the recruitment process.
• Review key hiring trends and indicators from the external environment to recommend appropriate strategies and tactics that support the strategic staffing plan.
• Work with hiring managers on all recruitment related matters, design and implement a holistic recruiting strategy.
• Develop, propose and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Oversee and manage recruitment cycle – identify suitable recruitment channels, screening of resumes, interviews with candidates, preparation of job offers and onboarding.
• Build credible partnerships with hiring managers through networking and influencing, developing strong hiring capabilities to achieve effective assessment decisions.
• Manage multi-channel recruitment approach to fill the vacancies with high quality candidates.
• Other HR duties as and when assigned by the company
