To work with Sales and Branch to achieve state of service
To ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
To coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits
To work with the supervisors to ensure that the technician achieve their productivity
To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly
Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers
To ensure that all service visits are conduct manual posting whenever required
To monitor auto-posting and highlight any anomalies and/or synchronization issue to the line manager
To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department
To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.
To provide clients with service schedule when requested
To facilitate technicians’ work by housekeeping system’s data such as location sequence and special instructions.
To close the productivity report.
Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary.
To create and close call out with root cause provided and CCM ticket whenever necessary.
GCE “O” Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher
Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must
Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm
