Limousine Assistant Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Perform shift responsibilities and is accountable to the Manager/Senior Manager for the smooth running of the day-to-day shift operations.

Ensure guests services are executed according to standard operating procedures and standards.

1. Works at the direction of the Supervisors, Executives and Managers.
2. The Asst Supersvisor s responsible on a daily basis when they are at work in delivering a quality Guest experience through
o Scheduling and supervising vehicles.
o Ensuring that all Limo booking requirements are completed on time.
o Optimize resources
o Fleet Management
o Managing external contractors

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
GCE ‘O’/’N’ Levels or Certificate
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license, and PDVL

Required Experience
Experience working in transportation operations is preferred
Experience working in a service and hospitality industry will be an advantage

Required Knowledge
Familiar with Singapore roads, Hotel locations, local attractions / activities, entertainment and F&B outlets and residential areas
Familiar with all Airport and Ferry terminals in Singapore

Skills / Abilities / Presence
Clean drivers’ track record preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English
Being Bilingual will be an added advantage
Pleasant personality and service oriented
Able to multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
