The Role
· Bridge between Store management team and any employment issues, accurate completion of application forms and follow up on all HR payroll related issues
· Verify all attendance-related reports and records and ensure timely and accurate submission of Part-Time and Over-Time hours
· Maintain the cash balance held in the safe for the purpose of servicing cash floats and ensuring sufficient coins and notes for making changes to the checkout operators at all times
· Ensure daily bank-in of all cash, coins, cheques and foreign currencies collected from store sales intakes, payment of credit accounts and concessionaires through depositing into the BRINKS safe daily
· Be the Go-to-person to handle customer enquiry, feedback and complaints and assist in customer exchanges and refunds
· Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
