The Administration Executive is responsible for all administrative duties related to the office. He/she will also perform personalized administrative duties for the senior management. In this role, his/her will be responsible for scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence on behalf of managers. He/She may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

As an Administration Executive, he/she should exhibit excellent organizational skills and communication skills. He/she is intuitive to the needs of the superior and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support.

- As Personal Assistant to Regional General Manager/ General Manager
- In charge of Group Travel Arrangement for Staff
- Involve in the Office Administration

Other Responsibilities
-Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information
- Managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist other departments to achieve departmental and the Company’s goals
- Assist in special projects when necessary
