Job Responsibilities:
• Manage 2 outlets under your care
• Ensure Team Member and Team Leader can perform their duties competently
• Ensure that outlet can operate smoothly and are sufficiently staffed
• Enforce compliance of product and service quality, equipment care and company SOPs
• Ensure outlet follows all SFA, MUIS and company SOPs
• Ensure all Team Members and Team Leaders are updated with company updates and marketing promotions
• Ensure staff shifts are updated accurately and timely on payroll system
• Required to do ordering of stock
• Required to drive sales for the outlets managed
• Managing Cost of Sales (Wastage, Materials, Labour)
• Audit cash clearance book
• Required to provide training and onboarding of new team members
