Job Responsibilities:
Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P, PR, invoicing, data entry, invoicing, etc.
Handle general administrative duties
Assist in preparing monthly reports, prepare payment vouchers & reminder notices
Any other adhoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:
Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs & Drive
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting work experience preferred
Working location: Paya Lebar
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm (STRICTLY NO OT PAY)
