Job Description

• Coordinate and/ or disseminate grant calls
• Provide grant processing support for proposal, claims and report submissions to relevant authority
• Liaise with the relevant departments to assist in putting in place the contracts and agreements with individuals or government agencies needed for solutions grant submission
• Manage and facilitate grant verification and variation submissions
• Oversee submission of progress and final reports, and ensure proper award of grant solutions submission
• Promote sound record retention practices and to facilitate ease of access and compliance with all regulatory policies for retention of documents
• Provide secretariat support to Management Office


• At least a diploma with min. 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in administration/ project management
• Experience in managing or coordinating large scale research projects involving multiple personnel are preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable to ambiguous situations
• Good IT skills (e.g. MS office, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work within given deadlines
• Detail-oriented and self-directed learner
