Job Scope:
- Coordinate between customers (Internal & External)
- Scheduling of jobs and services between teams and customers
- Escalation and coordination with vendors regarding case investigation and closure
- Maintain ticketing system – Update, track, and improve
- Creating and distributing procedures
- Learning new technologies and skills and apply to daily work duties
- Other duties as assigned by the management
