Responsibilities
• Act as a point of contact between warehouse employees and customers on day to day orders fulfillment
• Liaise with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
• Preparation of reports and status updates to customers whenever necessary
• Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customers are fulfilled in time for delivery
• Perform timely and accurate billing
• Other duties as assigned
