Job Descriptions:
- Basic $2.1 - $2.3k + Shift allowance (max $300)
- Quarterly performance incentive (max $750)
- Gross $3400
- West Area (5min from Jurong East MRT)
- Working hours: 4days work, Multiple Shifts (8:30am β 8:30pm / 8:30pm β 8:30am)
- Off days: rotate (1 weekend will off)
Other Benefits:
- Annual Leave: 14 days + 1 day each year, max 25 days
- AWS: 1 month basic
- Training : 5 days Permanent Security Certificate Course (Course fee $800+) paid by the company (6-month Training Bond)
Job Responsibilities:
- To attend to customersβ enquiries on products, accounts and services, and offer alternatives solutions to fulfill customer needs, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
- To gather customer feedback, identify problem trends and highlight to Team Leader & Supervisors for discussion, service enhancement and resolution of problems.
