We are looking for a dynamic, team player and customer-focused individual to fill the position of a Retail Sales Assistant to help our customers identify and purchase products that they desire. The duties will include selling, restocking and merchandising at in-store level. Our goal is to provide high class customer service and contribute to the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.


Ensure high-level of guest satisfaction through excellent sales service
Build product trust with guests
Ascertain guest needs, provide assistance and accurate description of product features, pricing and benefits
Upsell souvenirs
To apply OneMBS values in daily work
Cashiering duties – process POS (point-of-sale) payments via cash, credit cards, room charge, vouchers or Sands Rewards Cards
Maintain inventory and minimize spoilages or loss
Comply with inventory control procedures
Maintain store cleanliness and visual appearance in high standards
Able to work in both indoor and outdoor environment
Welcome and greet guests
Follow all company policies and procedures
Handle customer complaints or escalate to management when required


Proven work experience with as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar roles role
Possess a genuine interest in developing a career in Retail
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Good command of English - verbal & and written. Bilingual is a plus point.
Basic numeracy skills
Presentable and well groomed
Possess good interpersonal communication skills, enthusiastic and energetic personality with customer service focus
Required to do shift work and work on weekends
Required to do overtime when necessary
Required to be located at all the different Marina Bay Sands Retail outlets as rostered
