Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for the customers
- Understanding both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving a high priority to customer satisfaction
- Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
- To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
- Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.

Requirements:

- At least an ITE Higher Nitec certification or GCE ‘O’ level education with 3 passes (including English)
- At least two (2) year of experience in the Contact Centre /Customer Service industry.
- Independent and able to adapt to fast pace environment
- Only Singaporean

Shift timing:
• 5 days work week, rotating shift including Sat, Sun & PH.
• Off and rest days may be together or split depending of the rotation pattern

• Shifts are categorized into Morning, Afternoon & Midnight shift
o Morning: 7:00am - 4:30pm / 8:30am - 6:00pm
o Afternoon: 2:30pm - 12 midnight

Salary range $2500 to $2800 + shift allowance
• Shift allowance – $9/day for afternoon shift
