JOB SCOPE
• Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands
• Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement
• Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned
• Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided)
• Enjoy fun and be a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands
• Perform secondary duties – daily store inspections, buggy rides, shoeshine services
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Seeking good career prospects in Hospitality field
• Keen to work in an exciting and learning environment
• Fresh graduates who wish to pursue a successful career in hospitality field are encouraged to apply
• Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Able to work on weekends/ public holidays
• Great personality with excellent customer service attitude
