CALL CENTRE AGENTS@DHL Tampines (SALARY UP TO $2,800/AWS + VB)

Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for the customers
- Understanding both internal and external customers, anticipating customer needs and giving a high priority to customer satisfaction
- Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary
- To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems
- Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.

Requirements:

- At least an ITE Higher Nitec certification
- At least two (2) year of experience in the Contact Centre /Customer Service industry.
- Independent and able to adapt to fast pace environment
- Only Singaporean

Shift timing:
• 5 days work week, rotating shift including Sat, Sun & PH.
• Off and rest days may be together or split depending of the rotation pattern

• Shifts are categorized into Morning, Afternoon & Midnight shift
o Morning: 8:00am - 5:30pm / 8:30am - 6:00pm / 11am - 8:30pm
o Afternoon: 3:00pm - 12 midnight
o Midnight: 12 midnight - 9AM (next day)
• Any shift after 10.30pm or start from 12am, able to claim cab (office to home or home to office)

Salary range $2500 to $2800 + shift allowance
• Shift allowance – $9/day for afternoon shift, $12/day for 12am to 9am
*Yearly AWS and VB will be given*
