1. Correspondent for Customer Feedback pertaining to cards issues (From Email/Feedback Form/Website)
2. Correction of Customer’s Data
3. Update of Customer’s Consent status
4. Update of Withdrawal of consent status
5. VIP Consent status
6. Reports and Filing
7. SMS Tie-up
8. Sending of EDM
9. Other office support duties
10. Other Ad-hoc duties

Candidate must be computer literacy and MS office skill.
