Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
• Greet customers and answer all customers enquiries
• Perform for scheduling appointment calendar and sending reminders appointments to customer
• Generating and compiling of daily sales reports
• Perform outlet stock-take and other ad-hoc duties
• Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for customer service
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
• Preferably with experience
• No Experience are welcome as training will be provided
• Able to work retail hours
