Job Description:

1. To provide training support to Adult Educators (AEs) and learners subscribed to all WSQ Programmes.

a. Sending out Sign-up sheets to AEs to facilitate tagging of learners’ Practicum, Coaching and Assessment sessions into the Training Management System (TMS).
b. Sending out Welcome Emails to Learners and creation of Learners’ CANVAS account.
c. Creation of Practicum, Coaching and Assessment sessions, in TMS, if required.
d. Assists learners’ in reschedule, withdrawal and deferment requests.
e. Print and prepare assessment folders for AEs.
f. Verify the accuracy of all returned assessment folders from AEs, update the Excel Tracking Sheet and pack the folders in boxes for mustering.

2. To attend ACLP and DDDLP preview and attend to queries on course administration.

3. To provide 1st level support for learners’ account (CANVAS) creation.

4. To manually upload all WSQ programmes learners’ enrolment, attendance, and assessment to TPG weekly.

5. Attend to all queries sent in via the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) within a day.

Skills and Competencies:
1. Confident and comfortable working with IT systems; emails, training management system, and customer relation system.

2. Competent in using MS Words and Excel for reports generation.

3. Requires logical and analytical thinking.

4. Good writing and communication skills.

5. Fluent in English language as all of the courses conducted in IAL is in English and emails are all in English.

2. Good command of English language; spoken and written (English language is the main language used in communication with the public and learners.)

3. Prior experience in similar industries preferred, eg. Training Institutions.
