• Provide secretarial and admin support to lawyers and executives in general
• Handle basic corporate secretarial work, including incorporation of companies, preparation of corporate secretarial documents and lodgements with ACRA
• Assist law firm in overall admin requirements, including general admin duties
• Other ad hoc projects (including HR and Office Admin projects)
• Minimum GCE O Level/ITC/Diploma holder or equivalent
• Good writing and communication skills in English
• Must be proficient in all MS Office application (Word and Excel)
• Possess initiative, positive attitude, fast learner and team worker
