Job Description and Main Responsibilities:
• Involve in daily bread making preparation such as mixing, kneading, shaping of dough, etc.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations duties including inventory planning and waste management
• Produce bread and/or other baked products on schedule
• Delivery and packaging of baked products
• Ensure quality control, proper food storage and food hygiene at all times
• Maintain a clean and neat workspace, according to Health & Safety standards
• Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients
• Involve in product development and tasting to ensure quality consistency
• Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided
• Excellent and positive service attitude
• Able to commence work in short notice will be an added advantage
