Job Description:

• Managing Customer complaint and follow up till closure.
• Managing a team of QC inspectors and ensure Quality Control is in place with inspection of process and alignment to work instruction.
• Assist with QC inspection on inventory for defects and escalate if issues are found. Publish results as appropriate, including a summary and pictures when appropriate.
• Follow up on parts that have been purged by engineering due to Quality issue with sending of Email hastening.
• Support internal customers on parts/processes review, on the root cause of the issue and brainstorm for solutions.
• Work directly with the inbound inspection associates, to identify, repack, resolve inbound packaging issues and incorrect receiving.
• When packaging is required per the business requirement, notify the customer of the issue so that customer will notify the supplier to prevent recurrence – continuous improvement.
• If/when discrepancies or work Instruction violation are identified, notify via email describing the concern and request corrections be made. Monitor to determine if daily errors are corrected, if not the result is inaccurate weekly presentations.
• Monitoring of the serviceability on Equipment such as Electro-static device, Counting scale, ionizer fan, data logger etc.
• Monitor and track Warehouse Temperature & Humidity reading to ensure Quality of parts are in place.


• Must have min Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma
• Must have a positive attitude towards learning
• Must have strong data analysis experience
• Must be proficient in replying Email and MS Office applications.
• Must be able to work independently, and as part of a matrixes team
• Must be able to make sound decisions based on available data
• Must be able to work on multiple issues at the same time, and be able to prioritize appropriately
• Must have good oral and written communications
• Must be customer focused
