Responsibilities:
- Manage the helpdesk of Star Shield at Challenger Stores.
- Assess customers’ needs and feedback to determine potential issues/fault with their electronic devices.
- Provide advice to the customer concerning their device issues and login a service ticket for service repair.
- Collect electronic devices and store it in orderly manner for repairs.
- Liaise with supervisor on any extended support or service required.

Requirements:
- Past working experience in IT electronics retail sales & basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting would be an added advantage
- Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Remote training will be provided

Duration:  
Flexible working days !
Monday – Sunday

Time:
Flexible working hours !
1. 11:00am – 9:30pm (Full Shift)
2. 11:00am to 4:30pm (Half Shift)
3. 4:00pm to 9:30pm (Half Shift)

Salary :
- Weekdays: $10/hr
- Weekends: $12/hr
