Duties and Responsibilities
1)Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines
2)Delivering high quality food and beverage products at all times
3)Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
4)Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts.
5)Generating sales and meet target through proper execution of marketing strategies
6)Hire, train and retain team members
7)Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
8)Responsible for inventories and stock taking activities
9)Regularly inspect equipment to ensure they are maintained well and in good working order
10)Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
Skills and Qualification
1)Min NITEC with 2 years of supervisory working experience in F&B/Retail or hospitality industry.
2)Diligent team player passionate in F&B operation
3)Good communication and leadership skills
4)Able to multi task in fast pace environment
5)Those with no experience will be considered for trainee manager position
