Job Description

As a Store Administrator, you are responsible for processing all documentations related to purchase orders within the store.

Job Responsibilities:

Issue and raise purchase orders and forecast products to be ordered
Work closely with staff from assigned departments to support their purchase requests
Work closely with store keeper to process purchase invoices and tally quantity of items ordered
Ensure a systematic tracking to follow-up of purchase request
Ensure timeliness in turnaround time and accuracy of information submitted
Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in Purchasing
Able to start work within short notice
Knowledge in LS navigation will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
