- Handle enquiries through phone calls and emails
- To accurately note down messages or relevant information, when and where appropriate
- Assigning enquiries to the relevant departments if needed
- Familiarity with the respective departments and their roles
- Greet and welcome any walk in visitors or stakeholders, answering their queries and re-directing them to the correct point of contact
- Responsible for all correspondence or small parcel dispatches by post or local / overseas courier
- Maintain and update postage records
- Receive stocks or deliveries, logging and issuing of purchase orders
- Checking of invoices and delivery orders before submission to Accounts department for payment process
- Manage the reception area of the office and ensure that the area is tidy and clean
- Filing, faxing, copying and performing other general admin duties
- Understanding the needs of the customers with a sense of empathy and professionalism.

Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service preferred
- Experience in hospitality or healthcare-related role is a plus
- An active listener with a pleasant nature with an ability in critical thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
- Ability to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency
- Highly organised and attentive to details
- Proficient and comfortable adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, CRM, etc.)
- Mature, self-motivated and independent but also able to work cohesively with others
- Keen in professional growth over time
