Job Scope :
Prompt handling of all phone calls, faxes and emails in a professional manner.
Follow-up on customer enquiries and requests (e.g. document requests, credit note/debit note request etc.)
Process all types of order promptly and accurately according to business model.
Ensure timely order submission to Logistics.
Urgent order coordination & follow-up.
Credit block timely follow-up and feedback order status to related parties.
Establish good rapport with customers.
Timely filling for all related files and documents
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30PM
Transport Provided (M-F) to and fro from: Jurong East MRT, Serangoon MRT, Habourfront MRT, Woodlands MRT, CCK MRT, Paya Lebar MRT, Boon Lay MRT
Location: Jalan Buroh (near Boon Lay MRT Station)
