Greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
Guide guests with QR code ordering
Be knowledgeable on the menu and products.
Update managers on guest’s feedback and/or suggestions
Ensuring outlet is clean and organized at all times
Serving items with enthusiasm
Be proactive to guest’s needs
Carries out any other reasonable duties assigned by managers
Assist the managers in monitoring of stocks.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations for yours and guests’ safety.
Interest in wine of course!
Prior experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality is preferred
Proactive and enjoy interactions with customers
Attention to detail and able to work well in a team
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime
