Job Description:
1. Manage a pool of fieldwork interviewers
2. Assign cases to interviewers
3. Check completed case to ensure questionnaire is fully and correctly filled in
4. Monitor the progress of the interviewers
5. Conduct verification checks with respondents
6. Clarify survey responses with respondents
7. Assist in coding survey responses
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 ‘O’ levels, with pass in ‘O’ level English
• Knowledge of at least one other local language (e.g., Mandarin, dialects, Malay, Tamil)
• Prior experience with Microsoft Excel
• Relevant experience (i.e., supervising interviewers in surveys, other types of admin-related work) preferred
