Aesop's core focus is to create superlative products through a process of rigorous scientific research, and to offer them – with exceptional customer service skills – to discerning men and women.
Provide consultation by prescribing the right products to new and existing customers
To communicate Aesop philosophy to our customers
To ensure the highest level of service and explanation is provided to customers.
To ensure every aspect of the customer’s experience is positive and informative.
To maintain inventory levels, and conduct weekly and monthly stock count

Communicate warmly, sincerely and intelligently with users of our unique range of skin care.
Be interested in people and attuned to their needs.
Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our range and communicate our philosophy to customers
Have customer service experience in the skin-care industry
