About the Client:
Our client is a reputable MNC company in Singapore.

Responsibilities:
- Visitor reception
- Security door access and access card management
- Facility management
- Mobile/Data SIM management
- Secretarial support (calendar and meeting management)
- Business trips and hotel arrangement for staff
- Manage office supplies, office equipment & pantry supplies
- Manage in-house and external applications (e.g. CONCUR)
- Organize meetings, events & etc.
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mails, courier document/parcels and document circulation
- Other ad-hoc duties / project as assigned

Skills / Requirement:
- Some relevant prior admin experience
