Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for preparation in the kitchen
• Checking & managing stock, including the receipt of deliveries and good\
• Support achieving budgetary targets
• Assist with menu creation
• Support high standards of food production consistently
• Maintain an exceptional levels of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Support processes & procedures in place including HACCP, Health & Safety and ensure due diligence
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean at all times and meeting the standards of HACCP and other government regulations.
• Responsible to maintain the raw material inventory based on the daily orders and liaise with the Chef de Cuisine
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• At least 3-years working experience in the related field
• Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, co-workers, customers, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach;
• Be attentive and meticulous
• Possesses good time management skills and is able to multitask, while performing physical tasks in a high-volume production environment.
• Possess a positive attitude, good communication skills and be a team player
