Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day business operations, growth of sales, performance and staff management F&B outlets.
• Oversee operations of designated outlets and ensuring the outlet profitability and operational efficiency on daily basis.
• Ensuring a high delivery of excellent customer service at the outlets.
• Ensure that the sales at the outlets is optimized and meet the expected monthly targets.
• Motivate and train staff on delivering excellent customer service and that customer satisfaction is enhanced and implementing feedback loops to capture customer feedback at point of sales.
• Administer of company's standard operation procedures in its F&B operations.
• To work closely with Assistant Managers/Supervisors in the coaching, training and development of new and existing staffs.
• To assist the manager in the recruitment and selection of the staff aligned with the Company Standards and budgetary targets.
• To ensure that food safety is well managed and all customers’ complaints are dealt with in accordance with the Company’s Policy and in the manner aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for cash management and inventory control.
• To upkeep and ensure consistent excellent standards of products, environment and staff at all times.
