Job Responsibilities:
-Manage and provide customer service support via Live Chats/emails to resolve client queries.
-Understand customers' needs and provide appropriate/ customized solutions.
-Handle L1 technical support inquiries on PC.
-Understand customers’ technical problem and provide appropriate solutions.
-Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:
-Professional Certificate/ Nitec / Diploma
-Candidates with 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, providing live chat, phone calls support.
-Have instant message and telephone etiquette.
-Be informed of the news and trends of the PC market is an added advantage.
-Technical knowledge/experience in IT troubleshooting is an added advantage.
-Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional service.
-Tech-savvy and willing to learn new system.
-On-the-job training will be provided.
-Able to handle stress.

Working hours: 5-days work week (4 weekdays + 1 Saturday, From 11am-8pm)
