Duties and Responsibilities:

Handles customer enquiries via phone or email.
Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly, including positively overcoming customers' objections.
Supports Administrative function.
Handle Customer complaint & enquiries (Sales, Products Technician, Logistic)
Attend to feedback and enquiries professionally and resolve any issue/complaints that are raised.
Coordinate between Technical department and customer repair/ enquiries.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Responsible Team player
Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Hands-on, a multi-tasker who is detailed, patience, analytical and a problem solver
Able to handle English and Chinese speaking customers
