• Coordinate all Facilities related service requests between inhouse stakeholders and Facilities department.
• Monitor, broadcast and assign manpower to site for all fire alarms.
• Monitor and communicate to the relevant section of Facilities for any anomalies in the electrical power, lifts and fire detection/protection monitoring systems.
• Coordinate isolation request for fire detection system.
• Attend to calls from lift intercom system.
• Create and closing of work orders for the department.
• To perform all duties in accordance with Marina Bay Sands policies and within the realm of the Company vision, mission and values.

Essential Job Functions
• Coordinate all requests and ensure it is being assigned to appropriate facilities shops in a timely manner.
• Documents details and tracking of requests.
• Completes records of request and action taken using MAXIMO.
• Liaise closely with facilities shop supervisors/engineers to ensure timely completion of request.
• Knowledge of CCMS, FCC and PMCS will be an added advantage.

• At least GCE ‘O’ levels including a credit in English.
• Responsible and accountable; organized; conflict resolution; observant, self-motivated
• Pays attention to detail and fills in the gaps where others tend not to look
• Have a good command of English.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Good attendance record.
• Computer literate is a must.
• Successfully manage multiple task and timeline.
• Knowledge in maintenance management software or other report generation tool will be an advantage.
• Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team.
• Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to Departmental and Company policies.
