· Plan and execute a social media strategy for COMO Dempsey (F&B and retail businesses, excluding Dover Street Market).

o Content creation with a mixture of earned, paid, owned and curated content.

o Photography and videography as needed.

o Manage the social media calendar and posts scheduling.

o Community management such as replying to comments, private messages and reviews etc.

o Coordinating with the different stakeholders such as the operations and kitchen team independently.

· Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns such as SEM and retargeting to acquire and retain customers.

· Identify and develop strategic partnerships with digital partners and influencers.

· Manage and maintain COMO Dempsey’s website and online platforms.

·Track and analyse website/social media performance and provide regular internal reports.

· Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

·Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitors’ data.
