Job Description
Handles incoming telephone enquiries/feedback from customers and members of the public.
To ensure all commitment made on the call are delivered by close follow-up.
Escalate cases to the respective personnel-in-charge.
To ensure minimum drop calls, prompt response and closure of each case.
Perform simple data entry into the system.
Undertakes any administration tasks delegated by the Team Manager / Team Leader.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a NITEC or "O" Level qualification.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess initiative & the ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment
A passion for delivering excellent service.
Willing to work on weekends and 12-hours shift
