Job Description

Our Back of House members are the lifeblood of SSP. You are on in the heart of our operations, preparing food and beverages, upholding each of our brands' standards. You'll have the opportunity to learn a diversity of food concepts, serving wonderful food and bringing comfort to our guests in the ever dynamic airport environment.

You will have opportunities to learn various stations within the brand. With some training and time, you will also be able to cross-train across brands, gaining exposure to a wide range of F&B concepts.

Assist the Chef to supervise kitchen operations
Advanced skills and knowledge in the food preparation and cooking of menu items across all work stations within the kitchen
ensure high standards of food quality and food presentation
Responsible for the training and guiding of new staff across all work stations within the kitchen
Identify and forecast food inventory weekly
Liaise and place orders with suppliers
Allocate work duties and assist in rostering of manpower
Review and ensure team maintains high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness


At least 1 -2 years of working experience in relevant back of house experiences
Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English as a universal language to communicate with international guests
Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized
Singaporean/ PR preferred
