Role Description:
- Western kitchen focused on American BBQ and grill.
- Lead kitchen section to deliver excellent culinary standards.
- Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene.
- Train and develop junior chefs.
- Support Sous Chef to manage stock levels and wastage.

Requirements:
- Full time – 5 day week.
- Western cuisine trained.
- Culinary school qualifications a plus.
- Previous experience leading a kitchen section.
