Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
-Assist Pastry Chef with creation of pastries and desserts
-Ensure all pastries and desserts are prepared and served in a timely manner
-Assist to check Functions Event Orders and daily menus
-Ensure counter and kitchen cleanliness are thoroughly organized at all times
-Advises the Pastry Chef of low inventory items and performs receiving and inventory duties as specified.

Requirements:
-Should possess Diploma in Pastry and Baking
-At least 1 year of working experience pastry kitchen
-Knowledge and skill in food presentation
-Able to work under pressure
-Able to perform shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
