Description
✅ Training will be provided to conduct simple troubleshooting and advise customer accordingly
✅ Only available for Singaporean and PR

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 to 2 Years Experience required
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Enjoy meeting new people
* Knowledge in MS Office, Words and PowerPoint
* Knowledge in Google Docs / Sheets
* Handle All Customer Inquires and Complains

Job Scope:
* Handle inbound Phone call
* Replying of Emails / WhatsApp / answering of phone call
* Daily follow up with customer and handling of payments
* Daily update on Social Media (FaceBook / Instagram / TitTok / Google Business)
* Merchandising Store Display for customer convenience
* Attend walk-in customer
* Provide administrative support
* Any Adhoc admin duties

* 10:00am - 8:00pm (Monday - Friday)
