Contract administration and billing.
Update monthly sales order book to management by first week of each month
Liaising with insurance agency/broker on general insurance related matters (e.g new/renewal/amendment, endorsement and security guarantee.. etc);
Insurance claim’s full life cycle (i.e. public liability & recovery from third-party). Tasks include liaison with internal parties (e.g. Operations, management) and external parties and negotiation (e.g. insurance, loss adjusters, lawyers etc);
Monthly insurance claim report and status update
Handling company fleets & related issues (e.g. manage excess invoicing, accident repairs, inspection, negotiation of insurance renewal etc).
Support operations on daily administrative duties (e.g purchase requisition, updates of operations records)
Generate monthly reports for customers and billing (e.g tonnage report, billing advice for finance)
Monitor, check and report timely updates of operations records in system (e.g report missing records)
Monitor operational documents are in compliance to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Keep proper records and maintain filing system of the above assigned duties.
Any other duties as assigned.
