Job Description

As the Merchandising Coordinator, you will be assisting the merchandising department.

• Provide administrative support to the Merchandising Division
• Liaise with vendors, and assisting to maintain our online ecommerce platform, e.g Shopee
• Preparation of Sales Performance reports
• Processing of purchase orders and promotional events
• Co-ordination with internal and external parties and follow up on assigned work tasks
• Assist on any other co-ordination and administrative work assigned by the Managers and Buyers


• Min GCE 'N' Levels or ITE
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Good interpersonal skills
• Independent and detail-oriented
• Strong in coordination
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
