The Head Hostess is the first point of contact of the guests and patrons when entering our restaurant or any other parts of our dining establishment, as they are the ones welcoming the guests and showing them to their seats. He/She will assist customers before their visit by booking reservations and giving them key information on the restaurant’s menu, ambience and overall expectations.

The Head Hostess will also assist in supervising and assigning tasks to Front of House staff while monitoring their work to ensure it’s carried out effectively. In addition, they will also supervise all events from the enquiry to the facilitation and food tasting for the respective guests.
