Job Responsibilities:
- Representing the world's leading Social Media & Social Networking services in the world
- Providing customer service support / Phone calls / Emails / Live Chats to resolve stakeholder queries.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers and deliver consultative support.
- Perform data analysis to improve customer experience.
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance customer experience.

Job Requirements:
- Contact Center / Customer Service background.
- Proficient in English to handle queries from English speaking clients international & locals.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to communicate effectively as well as provide excellent advise and service to customers.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic and has a positive work attitude.
