Our Crew members are the lifeblood of SSP. You are on the front line, greeting customers, taking orders and preparing food according to SOP, upholding each of our brands' standards. You'll have the opportunity to recommend products, promote food items, and interact with new and repeat guests in the ever dynamic airport environment.

You will have opportunities to learn various stations within the brand. With some training and time, you will also be able to cross-train across brands, gaining exposure to a wide range of F&B concepts.

Ensure orderly operation runs through strict following of service sequence and standards
Interact with and manage customers and their feedback professionally and diplomatically, and appropriately refer such instances to the Manager on Duty.
Promotes good branding image of the unit through ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Check, clear and clean tables
Manage POS and cashiering duties
Prepare and serve food and drinks according to brand SOPs
Keep the Manager on Duty updated on any issues related to food & service
Adheres to the company’s policy on grooming
Comply with all safety and hygiene standards as required by the Company and respective regulations
Rostering if needed
Handling of any ad-hoc duties assigned


At least two (2) year of working experience in food service
Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English as a universal language to communicate with international guests
Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized
