Job Description
Attend to all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Answer and transfer all incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries.
Assist in making overseas call and conference call.
Update telephone listing.
Maintain office security by following the safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk.
Collect and distribute all incoming mails, parcels, courier and fax documents.
Frank, record and send all outgoing mails promptly.
Assist with sorting, filing, scanning, and printing of documents.
Maintain, track, and replenish stationeries.
Ensure office area is always clean and tidy.
Assist recruitment team with walk-in interviews.
Assist in pantry work when office cleaner is not around.
Assist to liaise with building management on minor maintenance issues.
Arrange courier and delivery when required,
Any other duties assigned by superior.

Min GCE ‘O’ level with 1 year experience
Good communication skills and a team player
Excellent punctuality and attendance
Proficient with Microsoft Office
